"I don't normally write reviews but I had to be thankful to Julio for helping me so much. Even though I didn't get a plan this time, he spent lots of time with me to help me pick the best coverage. He made lots of different changes to the policy to try and find me the most savings possible. Very knowledgeable on the policies and friendly service. I think I will cancel with Allstate and return to State Farm in the future. I have never gotten service like this. Most of the time the agents are in a rush to hang up when they realize the customer won't sign up but Julio kept helping me."

Not only did he accommodate my financial needs, but came into the office on a Saturday when not normally in the office to ensure I was safe and insured to complete my processing. "I had a claim with State Farm for my roof. I been having a lot of issues. The agent never bother to help me with the issues. And didn’t know what my options were and now it’s been 2 years and now State Farm won’t cover me for the damages. Ever since his old staff i been receiving no help."
